Supply Chain Services

Helping European companies source, customize and coordinate manufacturing in China.

Our role

One coordination partner across markets, suppliers and project stages.

SinoVerra works between European customers and trusted Chinese manufacturers, helping both sides turn requirements into clear, coordinated action.

Our scope is shaped around each project—from identifying suitable suppliers to supporting customized production, quality communication, logistics and local follow-up.

Service scope

Practical support where coordination matters most.

Services can be combined into one project scope or selected to strengthen a specific stage of an existing supply chain.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What types of products does SinoVerra currently support?

Our current focus includes furniture, natural stone products, office interiors and customized products for commercial projects. We review other product inquiries individually to determine whether they fit our manufacturing network and coordination capabilities.

Can SinoVerra work with a manufacturer we already use?

Yes. Our role can be adapted to support communication, specification alignment, production follow-up or logistics coordination with an existing supplier, subject to the project scope and the supplier’s cooperation.

Do you handle small orders and samples?

Sample development and smaller initial orders may be possible, but minimum quantities and commercial feasibility depend on the product, materials, customization and manufacturer. We clarify this during the requirement review.

How is product quality managed?

Quality expectations should be defined through specifications, approved materials and reference samples. We coordinate agreed checkpoints and can help arrange independent inspection when appropriate. The exact approach depends on the product and order.

Does SinoVerra provide customs clearance or freight services directly?

We coordinate with relevant manufacturers, freight forwarders and service providers rather than presenting every logistics function as an in-house service. Responsibilities and delivery terms are agreed for each project before shipment.

What information is useful for an initial inquiry?

Please share product references or drawings, target materials, dimensions, estimated quantity, quality expectations, required delivery location and desired timing. If some details are still open, we can identify them during the first discussion.
